01What does this cost?+
There isn’t a useful one-size-fits-all range: a focused workflow and a larger system can differ substantially in scope. The 30-minute assessment is free. Once we understand your process, systems, risks and desired outcome, we’ll explain the likely level of investment and, if there’s a clear project, provide a fixed-price proposal before any work starts. There is no obligation to proceed.
02How long does it take?+
Most first projects run two to six weeks from go-ahead to working system. We’ll give you a realistic timeframe at the end of the free assessment, before you commit to anything.
03Do I need to know what technology or AI solution I need?+
No. Start with the business problem, the repetitive task, or the result you want. We will assess whether the best answer is automation, AI, a simpler process, an IT improvement—or no new technology at all.
04What happens in the free 30-minute assessment?+
We focus on one process or operational problem: what happens today, who is involved, which systems are used, and what a better outcome would look like. You will leave with a clearer view of the problem and whether a useful next step exists.
05Is there any obligation after the assessment?+
No. The first 30-minute assessment is free and carries no obligation. If there is something worth fixing, we can outline the next step and you decide whether to continue.
06Can you work with the systems we already have?+
Usually, yes. We look first at how to improve and connect your current tools. Replacing software is only recommended when the existing setup genuinely cannot support the result you need.
07Do you only take on large projects?+
No. A focused, time-consuming process is often the best place to begin. Starting small makes it easier to prove value, earn team confidence, and decide where to improve next.
08How do you approach security and business data?+
Systems are designed with least-necessary access, sensible controls, and your existing security requirements in mind. Data handling, access, hosting, and support expectations are made clear before implementation.
09How does AI change delivery time and cost?+
AI helps us accelerate research, analysis, prototyping, documentation, testing, and repetitive implementation work. That creates tighter delivery cycles and much less traditional consulting overhead, while business judgement, security, and accountability remain human-led.
10What if it doesn’t work?+
We agree up front what success looks like and how we’ll measure it. We start with one defined phase, test it with your team, and address issues within the agreed scope before handover. Any commercial terms are written clearly in the proposal before you decide.
